The "European Selection" is a biannual part of this which is hosted by Hungexpo in Hungary. It is important for the organisers to promote Hungarian cuisine, so the Taste Hungary gastro-village was created, where 14 top Hungarian restaurants, 3 patisseries and a café presented themselves.
